Dont Think Just be

    
I am writing this post to share my thought so it could reach out to people around the world suffering for any reason. I know when a broken heart is trying to find solance it goes to the near and dear once. But how often do we sit alone and try to separate ourselves from the situation we are in and let go.  Its hard I know. But this secret works. So the next time you are feeling low, depressed or any negative feeling, step out of it for a second. What does that mean. Just let the feeling be. Be aware of the feeling that you have and then see what follows.
We often forget that happiness lies within us, joy is within us. There is abundance of positive feelings within us, but for a lot of known unknow reasons we choose to experience life in a negative way.
  Each of us have a unique way of tapping into this energy within us. Some of us meditate, some cook, some exercise, some dance etc etc. But all of it ends at one point "Winthin". Whatever way you can try tapping this you with in do it. All the answers to your questions are here. All the solutions to your problems are here. Stop trying to identify yourself with the situation around you. Let everything around you be. Pause and take a look at yourself. Take that little time out for you everyday. It might not be an hour but just 10 minutes in the day. "Dont think just be"
  I know its easier said then done and to get to this some of us would need to be really very tired of problems around us. I was so tired of all the stress and problems in my life that I just let things be. It helps because is the pause we see ourselves out of the situation like our near and dear once would see us. Its always nice to have a shoulder to cry on but it feel great when you know that you dont have to cry at all.
